New quilt picture is up

Lets all do the Happy Dance! The infant quilt for my friend is finally finished. Just in time too. The baby should be here any day now.

I sure wish I had noticed the shadow on the pic before I wrapped the gift, but that's life. At least I have a picture. It's in my Debs Quilts Webshots album.

Here is a direct link to it.

Neato. Nice bright colors, and a very simple design.

I looked around a bit to see if I could locate that precious dotty turtle fabric. Didn't find it but did manage to find just a few that are wonderful. I don't suppose you happen to know where it came from? Polly

I believe it was a Cranston Print that I picked up in Walmart for about 4-5 dollars a yard. Debra in VA See my quilts at

Thanks for the compliments! Glad everybody liked it. I have to give it to the Mom to be and I sure hope she likes it too. Debra in VA See my quilts at

How effective Debra.

Ironically that is the pattern I used ( from Fat Quarter quilts by M'liss rae Hawley) to make a quilt for my great nephew who was born last week. I believe his name is Dexter a brother for Willow. It is waiting to be quilted so I will take a photo then.
