'nother tablerunner

inthe table runner album. My nephew asked some time ago for a yellowrunner to coordinate with a chair and artwork. I know that the chairappealed to him because it is definitely one that my Mum (his Granma)would have called "her own" and would have likely absconded with? Yellow is not yellow anymore and this was what I came up with - does it read yellow? I don't know after playing with the dreaded colour for days now. When I auditioned more larger yellow areas - I didn't like it....I figure that the backing will be another thing altogether

- I can use up all the yellows that I don't want to have left on my shelves and if the table runner ends up showing the 'other side', then that will OK too. I was going to use a variegated yellow binding since it is the requested size already, 18"x58" and there is no room for any borders but now I am thinking that a plain dark binding would work more.

For those who might be following Piper's progress - he is starring in a couple of new photos in the Winston & Friend's album.

Ooouuuuhhh! I love it and I love your block play picture two! Don't know if I could do that....I have a hard time with colors....like everything has to match. Kind of like dressing oneself! It may be out of my current comfort zone, but one of these days I'll give it a shot (maybe.) lol Launie, in Oregon

Excellent, Jenell! I like the art work, as well as your delightful runner. We have yellow walls in family room, kitchen, halls and stair way. SO, if your DN does not want this, you know where to send it! Grins,
