New photos uploaded tonight..

The yellow table runner is finished (well half of the binding remains to be handsewn - but my sewing hand is objecting to any more needlework tonight)...I had problems initially with the quilting and ripped out the first 4 attempts in one section - I finally realized that I did not like the 35wt thread at all! I switched back to a 50wt cotton for the backing and rayon for the top - size 14 Schmetz needle (not quilting) - I used the same fabric for the binding and the backing - neither were used for any sections of the quilt blocks.

I outlined the circular medallions using my pfaff and then switched to my brother1500 for free-motioning all the rest of the quilting - lots of fun to use this machine!

I loved working with the Louisa Smith templates to make the blocks for this table runner - the possibilities are endless for future projects!

Wow! Is that really machine quilted?!? I didn't know machine quilting could be that detailed! It must have taken forever! Gorgeous! Judy from Mass.

Really, really beautiful. Of course, once again, I side-tracked to admire Winston. I noticed this time that he has his very own pair of binoculars. I don't guess I was surprised. What a handsome, clever fellow. Polly

That is gorgeous - the quilting is out of this world. It amazes me that people can do something this pretty by machine. A big WOW for you. Oh yes, and I love the colours.
