I don't know how to locate them but I do know there are LQS in Italy. Italy has one of the largest number of quilters in Europe. There are several very good quilting books published in Italian.

Well of course it's not - but I thought she said country - my bad! LOL. I just couldn't imagine more quilters in one country than Australia.

And what does that make Australia?

Estelle, even if there's no quilt store (which would probably be selling the same American and very expensive cottons as everywhere else), look around for a store selling curtain fabric. Every country has a different style, and I found some magnificent cottons in Rome. Some were even Italian! Roberta in D

Not to worry, girls. One of just has to pet the kitty and supply her with tuna. Than we can get to the stash.

A country on a separate continent from Europe. I apologize for not reading more carefully. I thought she said country and not Europe. Ya'll are a country - aincha??? LOL!

I was thinking more of a "COUNTRY" with a population = about 35% that of Italy, and about 8% that of USA.
