Donna, I'm so proud of you!!! That took a great deal of hootzpa! Good for you! It's stuff like that that makes me see red rats. Ugh! The only thing I can think of to even come close on the neice's part is whether or not she had power of attorney, and (Ginger can clarify) that is only to use for the Aunt's care, not a new mobile home!!! If the neice puts up a fuss, we can always send one of Polly's gators to put her right.
