OT Time out!

You want something a little prettier than what the doctor did?

Just send me directions, I'll bring some metallic thread so you'll glitter.

I had things like miniature bulldog clips when they did my appendix! They took them out with a close relative of the staple remover you get in office supply stores...

When I had an exploratory many years ago, the incision was closed with a running stitch......... and literally pulled out. Interesting feeling, as I watched it.

I love that term "stale." It describes my feelings about venerable projects so well. UFO is neutral leaning toward negative and WIP is neutral leaning toward positive. Stale is definitely negative, but if I put it out of sight long enough for me to forget it, a magical rejuvenation might come to pass.

Nell in Austin, with plenty of UFOs and WIPs and a few stale projects.
