QI-in-Chief Ishmael gone

We had our 14-year-old cat Ishmael, a.k.a. "Big Fluffy", a.k.a. "Fluffbucket", put to sleep this morning.

The quilt he's sitting on is the first one Marion ever made. He seemed to like bright simple primary-colour designs best.

Big Fluffy looks serene and very loved. It is always so hard when they leave us, but I do believe that it is kinder to give them peace and dignity. He would thank you if he could.

I hope good memories will be a comfort, and that in time you and your family will find another special companion to share your lives.

Jack, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your cat. Losing a pet is so hard . I just wished our pets could live longer lives. It seems they are with us for a short time. The longest I ever had a cat was 19 years. Pami
