Absolutely wonderful Joan! Adore the design and the work-woman- ship! Can't wait to see it all finished and quilted. Will it go on your wall at home?

Please send said 'object'd'art' so I may be able to see the missing points. Can't even find them with my compie/sewing glasses on. I will have an empty wall to put it on very shortly........it'll need something bright and cheery.

Howdy!

Returning to your quilt pic this morning, Joan; again, it's striking, and beautiful. Will you want to keep this top for your collection?

Very pretty quilt, but then Margaret Rolfe is extremely talented. The pattern information says that the Origami Crane has become the international symbol of peace. I did not know that. I thought the Dove was the international symbol for peace. I learn something new every time I come to RCTQ! PAT in VA/USA

Yes, this one stays with me. I'm going to quilt it myself, probably stitch in the ditch with sashiko (SP?) cranes in the plain blocks. I'm going to order a bolt of black Kona fabric for this and the next big project, so Peace is 'on hold' for the time being.

Although, on a side note, I think it's my last block of the month from this particular store. No problems with the fabric, but lousy communications with the customer (me!). I won't bad-mouth them here, as perhaps I'm the exception to their 100% customer satisfaction. I did learn some things about customer service that can be applied to my work at Country Sampler.
