Both were made last year, but I just finished the quilting and adding the binding!

The little redwork is a gift for a friend who is having a difficult time right now. The applique wall hanging is a pattern my Pat Sloan. I hand appliqued it, using a new-to-me back basting method. I added some thread painted details, then machine quilted it to finish.
