There is no one better prepared for the unknown than people in poverty. We have a welfare mom on every board of every social agency in NW Arkansas. They know more about doing with nothing than any of the "haves" in the world. Don't underestimate the poor. They have been living on nothing for so long in that area. Unfortunately, Mississippi is one of the poorest state in our nation. I think when they finally get around to rebuilding there will be a lot of jobs for people. I sure hope some good comes of all this.
