what about a rctq's blog list?

I enjoy reading quilting related blogs. I've found and bookmarked only 5 until now in rctq, but I'm sure there are many more

it would be nice to create a collection of personal rctq blogs (non commercial), also to have a rctq's blog ring.

What do you think about?

we have to three -- 1) The links to personal webpages with photos2) The longarm quilters (I've got the info from Danielle.)3) The links to quilters' blogs (Marina, could you sent me the links you have bookmarked for bloggers from RCTQ?)

rofl, all good ideas. just be careful, Kay, you could end up with more than you bargained for, lol. i've got a blog but iirc, i've never written a thing on it. most of the time when i start a post here i delete it, never sent, cuz its me in a weird mood and no one really wants to hear what i'm spout'n about. so why would i have a blog only to do the same thing there. oh well. thanks for doing this for the group tho, eh. and thanks to Marina for think'n of blogs. :) cheers, jeanne

You're there!

And now y'all have got me convinced to do my own blog. So I have one whole entry! I suppose mine will be more like a journal than just quilting info. I'll take any tips anybody wants to give.

Post those tips here, so I can learn too. :)

(Tip #1 for myself: remember to post more often! *grin*)

omg, jenn. if i did that they'd come and take me away in a pretty white cotton jacket. nope, most of what i'm think'n doesnt bear repeating to anyone. not even you who probly has known me best of anyone here, tho one or two others come pretty close. you know i've got opinions that oft dont need to be spoken for various reasons. i've also got some things i need to do but cant work out how to do them or where to start so i just keep mull'n over the possibilitys and so far i'm getting nowhere. oh well, eh. i do know you care and i do really really appreciate you for that. hugz and kissez, jeanne

Can my blog be added?

artsandcats.blogspot.com

I will admit, one of my alternate personalities knits socks and has taken over alot of the creative content. And another alternate personality is an obsessive cat-mom with a sick kitty. So the day-to- day quilt content is a bit low right now. BUT - I also link there to my (private, not webshots) photogallery server that does have some quilty stuff. And more to come when I get re-inspired.
