I have seen that on several posts here and never seen it anywhere else.

It is used when singing the praises of a shop, establishment or some form thereof and means "Not affiliated, yadda, yadda." It means you are happy with this particular person/place/thing and don't own stock, the company, work there, or whatever, you simply want to tell others about your good experience. Did that make any sense?
But we may be willing to be affiliated. If any shop, establishment or some form thereof wishes to bribe us, we can be bought. We're not cheap, of course, but . . . Polly
