Silly question but... Can you please tell me how you gave us those links to download the ziped folders.. I know you said you put them on your webpage.. but can ya tell me how abouts ya did that? I would like to zip some folders for some family and friends so they can just download the folders instead of me sending tons of individual pics.. Thanks so much

We run our own webserver from home (or rather, I should say my dh does) so I just move them from my computer to the server and viola! they're available... There are (or were) file sharing sites like Xdrive and Web-A-File that provide that service (for a fee probably), but I'm fortunate enough to have my own server to work from (which also provides me unlimited email accounts and file storage). I host several sites for different groups I'm on and host temporary sites for customers who's websites I design, so that's how it all came about. Sorry I can't be more help!

I was really looking for.. do you have a special program that zips it so when the link is clicked.. the download pops up.. I too have a server to play with.. but I have not played with it enough to know what im doing.. Thanks neway!

GOT IT!!! I just wasnt sure if I needed a special program creating the download file.. reg links to individual pages .. not a prob.. I just hadnt actually tried a downloadable zip file and was wondering if anything is special about.. I can MAKE my server do this.. but not really how its set up.. Hubby recomeneded the free web sites like you mentioned.. I will prolly do the free just to get it there NOW.. and play with our server.. PLAYING is half the fun! Thanks for the info.. ALL was helpful!
