Ebay problem

You only have 2 months from date of sale to file a grievence and get your money back. I lost over a hundred dollars just becuase I waited too long and then filed my grievence and grivence was not a speedy enough process. Start your grievence NOW. She will either respond by sending you a) the product or b) your money or c) ignore it and hope your time runs out and she's beaten the clock (meaning she's a scammer and that's how she makes money).

good luck!

AND Cathy, make sure you leave NEGATIVE, not neutral feedback. That is what I did to the guy that stiffed me and he left negative back to me - GRR!!

Dave, did you go and add a comment of your own on the feedback he left you? That way people know he really was the one that was wrong.

1 month to wait for anything from an ebay member is way to long!! What you should do is e-mail her and tell her that if you do not get your item then you are going to go ahead with a dispute!

Since I have already emailed her and she hasn't responded I went ahead and used the Paypal Resolution service so I will wait to see what happens next.
