Do you have a template for reviewing the lss? I don't know what kind of info you need. I'm figuring, of course, that you want to know how well supplied they are. What about proximity to the highway or interstate? Directions? Let me know and I'll give you some Ks & Mo reviews. I've only checked out the Ks page so far. How do I know if the store has a review? Obviously, none of the Ks lss have any.

A store that has been rated will have eyelets showing as well as a link at the bottom to the person's review. Since you are on webTV, would you mind letting me know if the eyelet pictures significantly slow down loading. I can alsways use a different colour and write "Awarded 5 Eyelets".
Lots of good rating work was done on the California stores and on some of the NC ones and others, but there is still a lot to do. It is probably the hardest part of the website to keep up to date as stores open and close all the time, but I do try to react to anything I get from group members. Unfortunately, I just can't check out all the scrapbook magazines so I've been thinking it would be great if we had volunteers whose job it was to keep track of store listings in magazines for a particular state.
Deb, Kenda and I do need to get going on the AR stores and hopefully others will chime in. Just in the Little Rock area we have one that just opened and one that is closing down.

Boy I could add a lot to this section I guess. Whenever i am on the road and stop at any I try and take a picture of them too. That helps me to remember them!!
Katrina, your idea of proximity to main raods is a super idea!! A note of if they are near a big store like WalMart or something would help not only for peopel wondering about parking, but as a landmark. Whenever I know that I have a trip coming up, I go get the latest magazines, go to my map program and look at exactly what you say, HOW CLOSE they are to main roads, especially interstates. Plus I do that as I am in a semi and need to know! Small towns or side streets are OUT when it comes to parking!!!

I'm afraid that I really can't start doing directions and proximity to the highways, but I think it is a great idea and if the information is included in people's reviews I guarantee that they will be added. When sending me info on a new store please give me the complete address, telephone number, hours of operation and telephone number if you can. Don't be afraid of telling them that it's for a free internet listing.
When doing the review, don't forget to give me the eyelet rating as well as why you rated them and when your last visit to that store was. Since stores open and close all the time, I do recommend that people call before they go out of their way to visit one. I do my best based on what I get, but I'm pretty sure that our list is almost always less than 100% accurate.
When I mentioned location and directions I meant that it would be in the review. I wouldn't expect you to set up a whole mapping system or anything M-C. Just wondered what kinda info you wanted. I know when I'm traveling the least distance I have to go out of my way for something the better.
