magazines

What do you guys do with all of your scrapbooking magazines? I have most of them dog-eared with ideas I found interesting at the time of the read. I have mine in my closet/scrapbook supply storage area. I still find myself getting new magazines and books. Every now and then, I will go thru them all.

I think a challenge should be, go thru one of the older magazines you've got and use techniques from them. I think I only have a year's worth of mags, but what a difference in a year. A lot of the things that are hip and happening this year, weren't even thought of last year.

Just a thought. :)

What I did with my old quilting magazines (and why I dog-ear now faithfully all my mags) is thinned the herd by ripping out the pages I had dog-eared, and just saving them, as patterns or such. It sure made stacks of room, pardon the pun. Kathy

I'll keep that in mind for a future challenge. Thanks for the suggestion!

I use those little yellow "post-it" things to mark LO's/ideas I like and then write on the post-it the pictures I want to try it on. I've got so many ideas marked allready - I think it would keep me busy for a year! LOL
