I finally got to Michael's today. The kids are out on fall break and I closed the daycare for two days. We spent the day in Evansville. I hunted for the Scrapbook Answers mag everyone is talking about. Was going to spend my coupon in it but they were out so I got a new cartridge for my xyron. I also got a couple of Christmas stamps that were 30% off and a few otehr things. Had a 50% off coupon from Hobby Lobby so I bought a new Sizzix die there (and a few other things). then we went to Willard Library to do a little genealogy research - I need one more marriage certificate to join the DAR. The library is suppose to be haunted and they were doing ghost tours starting in the late afternoon so the kids and I stayed for the tour - no cameras allowed. Bummer. this is their website -

I finally found the magazine at Wal-Mart. Don't think I'll get to read through it until late tomorrow night. We're off to check out some cemeteries in Illinois tomorrow and have to pick up the cub scout popcorn tomorrow evening. Sandy

Sounds like you had a great shopping day (and day off from work!). Scrapbook shopping does tend to lift our spirits, doesn't it? LOL No matter when you get to read the magazine, you'll like it.

GASP!!!! Deb you broke it open already?!!

Well thanks to the sublimanal thoughts from the enablers in here, I had to go right by one and was lured in. I bought, 5 of them. Ok, not for me, but possibly for some special people sometime in the future :)) Besides, I already have mine for prosperity and future COLLECTORS!

I also FINALLY got that magazine too -WOO HOO!! I told the clerks that I know there, by name, about it and t said they would have to get it and thanks for helping them spend their pay - LOL!!

Now to find or make so time to read it and see the video!! Oh I also bought a stamp for my Christamas cards. You can never have enough stamps I am beginning to think too - LOL!!!

ENABLER DEB!

Sounds like a busy, but nice day Sandy. Glad you got to have a bit of a "me" day! We all need more of those. We are also planning on doing a ghost bus tour here in Cape Town. It ends up with a walk through an old cemetary at midnight! Sounds like lots of spooky fun!
