My HUGE swap project

I signed up to do a giant US states swap - each person had to make 26 page kits for two states. It pretty much kept me occupied for a month, because each item took me a couple of days to do!

I don't have a colour printer, so I had to take the maps to kinkos to print out and by the time you'd paid for the access time and all the fiddling around (the printer ran out of paper after the first sheet and we had to wait for the sales assistant to dawdle her way back to reload it) it cost ten bucks for three pages! The ugly splodge on Maryland is actually copper glitter, and it looks better IRL... the brad on Georgia is also copper. I would have liked to use more brads on the pieces but by the time you multiply it out I would have needed about a thousand! I'll add brads when I assemble my pages, and if anyone else wants to it's up to them...

Wow! What a project!! I think they look great. I could see the glitter swirl just fine. Can I borrow your album when one of my kids has a geography project? LOL!

Very nice work.. TFS.

Your pages are great Karen. I love the border on the Georgia page. I may have to scraplift it.

Wow, that is a huge swap! Both your kits look great. I really like the border on your Georgia one, very neat idea.
