OT: letter mailing to Canada question

I know packages need a special tag, but what about a letter. Do I need to do anything special?

No, just send it, but there is like 30 cents more extra psotage for a plain letter.

When I sent the package of stickers and goodies to Judy in South Africa, because of the size of the package and weight I did not have to put ANYTHING on it. I was so surprised. I mailed her a 8.5x11 envelope.

nada for 05 (unless making TONS of mosiac strips and organizing counts!)
