Well, I have the answer. Her computer has decided to be a pain in the...umm...you get the point. So whenever MC can get the computer to actually cooperate, she's backing things up. Needless to say, it means that it's really difficult for her to post right now. Somehow, between the computer & MC, me thinks MC will win! :-)
I swear computers have their own personalities. I know they're not supposed to but they must. I mean, think about how your work computer has a fit when you're in the middle of a big project, and your on deadline? Or you want to leave early on Friday, and it won't cooperate..it knows!!!

Mine has had problems before, while DH is gone. The minute he's home and I tell him the problem, the 'puter's fine! What, it won't be nice for me, but it'll be nice for the tech in the family??? LOL
Oh I know - mine always works for my computer geek boyfriend. I used to be able to do a lot, but now it likes him better. :)
I hate having my computer down. It feels weird. You feel lost, out of control. Hope she gets it back up soon. My MIL lost her's in a storm the other day and has been coming over to check her email. She's 74.
Thanks for letting ppl know Deb. I'm here for now, but not sure for how long. I need to reconfigure the hard drive as it is threatening a to crash, but am still struggling to get more files backed up of the c drive. Nite, nite!

M-C...if you manage to get everything backed up...try a scandisk first.......then defragment your drive. That may sort out your problems. Beats the reformat...which I hate...arrgh!!!!!
