PRODUCT REVIEW!!!

Ok, most in here know that several of us like to get the newest stuff, try it out then spout our views of it.

Well earlier in the week I ordered one of the Ellison (Sizzix) Big Shots. it is the machine that MC has too.

Anyhow this evening I tried it out and WOWSY, WOWSY!!

The thing is smooth and easier to use than the Zipe'mate in that there is only two pads needed for it. I tried a couple sizzix dies, sizzlets dies, a embossing folder and a quikcutz die.

The quilcutz I had to find a piece of fairly stiff cardboard that is about the thickness of a sizzlet, otherwise it will n ot cut all the way thru.

It is a great machine and now the question is, How many of you want now to change your Christmas wish list?!

MC told me she can get a good deal on them, so ask her, otherwise I found mine on ebay for $79.

April, Lynne, Teresa, are ya'll gonna trade up now - LOL!!!

OK, I know I should have titled this thread ENABLER ALERT - LOL!!!

and search for "big shot" 54.99 for the starter set, if you are not a member add 5%. The shipping can be steep but the total will probably still be less than you can find it elsewhere.

cheers, Lenora

Been there for a while Dave. Got it last Christmas. There is a multi platform available for the BigShot that cuts all, but the regular Die (Accu-Cut & Regular Ellison) I got it on sale for $12.99 at Joanns. It cuts the QK, ZipECuts, BossKut & Wizard dies great on the top level.

I find it easier to use too.

I've been thinking about one myself. I have the sizzix, but have seen a few of the bigger dies I like that won't fit it. I especially like the idea it will use so many of the other dies. I have purchased a few of the quickuts on clearance. Sandy
