Question from a non-scrapbooker!

Hi, I'm really hoping that you nice folks will be able to help me.

For some crazy reason, as a non-scrapbooker - I'm an embroiderer -- only one craft at a time please! :-) - I decided to make a scrapbook for my parents'

40th wedding anniversary. Okay, it's not a scrapbook by real scrapbooking standards but it's turning out quite well.

Anyhoo -- their anniversary is SUNDAY and suddenly I'm having problems with my Carl RT-200 cutter. In short, I can't get the sliding cutter thingy to slide. The cutting handle thing is jammed all the way down at the bottom of the slider thing and I can't get it to move: on or off!

Any ideas?

Like my lingo? "Thingy" is a really useful word. :-)

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me. Of course I can't find the booklet that it came with!

Can't help with your question, Amy, since I don't have one nor have I used one, but wanted to wish you well on your project!

Thanks to you, Lynne and Alicia. My husband was able to figure it out a few hours later. :-) But I'm keeping the link!

I finished the book late Saturday night and presented it on Sunday. It turned out great but I don't think I'll attempt such a big project again on such a tight deadline. I did 37 pages in 2 weeks while I also made personalized hair ribbons for two cheer teams and a soccer team.

I'm tired....
