Okay, I have something similar to this, but I don't know if it's exactly what you're looking for. I got it when my old work closed, thinking I'd use it, but just never have.
It's a punch that punches rectangles down the edge and you use those black bindings, kind of like spiral bound, but plastic instead of wire.
If you're at all interested we can work something out. It's a bit heavy, so we'd have to find the least expensive way to ship it.

Let me think about this one....If you can check around with UPS or USPS or FEDEX and see how much it will cost. If I cant afford to buy the rollabind, and the shipping is more affordable, we'll work something out on this.
