Good luck. Are you have the laproscopic surgery? That's what I had when my gallbladder was removed. Recovery time is really quick. I think I was back to normal (or what passes for normal :-)) in about 4 days.


Yes, laproscopic. The only way to go! My oldest DS had his done that way,

2 years ago. (actually he was the first one at Arkansas Children't Hospital to have a new million dollar robotic laproscopic surgery, very cool! I got pictures!) I know Nick was feeling wonderful just a few days later. I will be off work for 2-4 weeks (I figure about 3). The dr. figures longer time off work since my job requires so much heavy lifting. I am just looking forward to some much needed playtime (feeling good playtime) before going back to work! Glad to know you were back to "normal" so quickly, gives me hope! : )

Glad the doctor agrees that it needs to come out.
