I'm curious, is anyone doing anything special for National Scrapbook Day?
I don't have anything planned yet, but will probably go check out my favorite LSS on Monday as they are opening in a brand new and much bigger store. Also on Wednesday, I think the Diamond Kutz Club to which I belong is having time with the Lady who started QK. I'm hoping that I feel well enough to attend both, but it will be a stretch as it is an hour drive from here!
We are having a crop at the store. Well at the local women's club since the store isn't big enough. Anyway the crop is from 9-9. I will be there from 7 am-3 pm. to set up and I am teaching 2 make and takes.
I am chauffeuring Daniel around most of the day! Though I think I may take some of my page kits and go to the park and scrap while waiting on him. with the price of gas I hate to drive all the way home just to turn around
45 minutes later to go get him. So I can be productive!I have to work, unfortunately!! I wanted to watch QVC and Lisa Bearnson, but I am not going to be able to catch it. We have to attend an FFA awards banquet in the early evening for my oldest DS. He is a Senior this year, and an FFA officer. I'm afraid scrapping has taken a backseat for me lately...and I am not happy about it! Hopefully once Graduation is over, I will make some time..*still hoping*

DH & DS have a "Guys Day Out" planned. DD wants to do a "Girls Day Out". I was hoping she would be willing to stay home and do some scrapping, but that doesn't look like it will happen. LOL Of course, yesterday DS told me he wants him and I to have a fun day instead of him and DH. Geez! Someone make up their minds for them!
Archivers has a special deal in the morning I got an invite to. Less people for their make and takes and free chipboard letters. Count me in! I'm also taking a mother's day card class at a LSS I've never been to before. they have a coupon for 30% off your total purchases bought before noon, and my class starts at 11. Guess I should say I'm shopping! Kathy
I have to work. So I'm having a post NSD crop on Monday. LOL
