I am located in New York Cith and I need to have a boat cushion replaced. Sould be a simple job, just do not have the expertise or time to learn.

Allan, I don't have any contacts in the NYC area, but you should be able to find someone in the Yellow Pages to help. Look under Upholsterers.
But just because you think it's a "simple job", don't expect it to be free, or even especially cheap. Boat cushions are usually covered in heavy duty vinyl, which requires an industrial machine to sew, and those machines are also not free or cheap.
