Hope that all families have a restful week end. My husband and I spent yesterday, and will spend today just resting, just thinking about our son who past away a little more than a year ago, and the days we all spent together. And of course we will mentioned our fathers and the wonderful days we had together. It's a great day to think of our dads! And the men who were there there when our dads could not be with us. I have seen my lovely dad this afternoon and by an odd and fortuitous happening , No1 son lives far away from us but we went to see him for his graduation ceremony this weekend, my OH has seen both our sons on Father's day for the 1st time in about 4 years. Feeling blessed.
Bill and I are spending Father's Day together doing quiet thins. He wanted to watch the US Open Golf and so he is. Our daughters call to wish him A Ha ppy Day. Bill say our son last evening and they wished each other a Happy D ay. We'll have a nice dinner and I Made a choclate brownie cake for dessert . this is a new recipe for me so it should b fun to see how it tastes.
