I think you like challis. This online supplier just sent their e-mail notice of a nice sale:

Thanks Beverly, I see some pretty skirts for me. I just got home from the Cape. Walked in the door about 3 hours ago and have a lot of catching up to do here. We had great weather out there, unfortunately my back was acting up again and slowed me down a lot. I'm feel fairly good right now. I'll be sending you a private "E" tomorrow. Juno.

Take your time unpacking and doing laundry. I hope your place on the Cape is safe from the oncoming storm.

was hard to only order 1 piece of fabric this time but I did barely manage to control myself. It's colors I love and perfect for a skirt.Juno

Very nice! Pics when it's done, please? ;->

Juno, that is gorgeous fabric; too bad, I've gone waay over my budget this summer and will have to wait a while before I even look at Denver Fabrics. Otherwise, my long-awaited trip to SC will have to be postponed again. Emily

Can't have you give up another trip. Fabric can wait. It was tough buying just one piece and leaving the rest. When are you leaving? Juno

Hopefully later this month; DS has some medical issues to be contended with first. It's been almost a year and I am certainly anxious to get on the road.

One way, we'll stop overnight in Starkville, MS and I can meet the newest addition to our family, my DGD-in-law, and the other direction, we'll stop by for a short visit with my 75-YO sister, who has had her share, plus some, of medical problems. The route we will take, both visits can be when we stop overnight. It's too far to drive in one day. Emily
