Thanks, Beverly. I did nod off on the couch for about 20 minutes. But mostly I stayed awake till it was time to go get her. ;) They had a wonderful time. DD said "You may have quite a few commissions next year, Mom." lol

Lovely, both girls! And you daugther is really tall! Obviously, I didn't pay attention properly when that was discussed. ;-) Hey, I bet her friend was a lot more comfy in her shoes that DD in her silver killers. ;-)

How beautiful both girls look; I am partial to black, too. By the looks on their faces, you knew they would have liven up the prom, even if it wasn't already live enough, when they arrived.

And Moms have to stay up and wait; that's just what we do.

Yeah, but I told her I could wait to see all the pictures she took. I was so tired I was about to fall over. lol

Yep. All on her own too. And she told everyone who did her hair too. So that gal may get some more prom business next year too. :)

I hate when that happens. So annoying!! Glad it's up and running now.

...Forgot to say - LOVE the pink laces to go with the pink frock! And Anna looks really grown up and 50's chic in her lovely gown.

Thanks, Kate. Weren't the shoelaces a hoot?? Did you see she had lime green socks too? The polka dots are hot pink, pale pink, black and lime green. She hit 'em all. :)

I did get a little sniffily when she was all decked out. Seems like about a week ago I was dropping her off for Kindergarten and there's no doubt looking at her in this dress that she is just about grown all the way up. I'm sure she'll do something over the next day or so that is typically teenager and I'll feel better about the whole thing. LOL
