Threads Magazine

My space for storing paper magazines is full, so I decided that when it was time to renew Threads, I'd buy the electronic version. The time came, and not one of the begging letters I received offered the slightest hint as to how I might research into finding some sort of a link to a way to find out how to buy the electronic version. So I let my subscription lapse.

Today, on impulse, I spent a few seconds on the site some "professional Web designer" made for Threads, and I'm no longer sorry that I can't buy an e-book subscription.

:-((( I used to really love Thread but it's not cheap to buy in Australia and the quality i snto wha tit once was.

I try to avoid even looking for it in the newsagents because I know if I see it, I'll buy it. I just bought the latest one (180) and it cost me $A16.99 and there wasn't even much in it - the old back copies are more meaty when it comes to good content.

You can get the archive version of Threads on DVD -- it's basically just the old magazine articles transferred as is, mostly photos and all, minus ads.

At least the shipping to Australia should be reasonable! Kay

I still have a huge archive of the original mags in my sewing room all stored in magazine holders (most of the time). It's only in the past few years that I've tried to stop myself from buying them.

You do understand this is a major violation of Taunton's copyright, yes?

Your post clearly showed you were pirating copyrighted material. Your claim that "Someone sent them to me - someone here was looking for them -" was just a stinking pile of the above.

No.

Welcome to Usenet, coward.
