I just wanted to thank those that gave me suggestions last week on how to get the crease out of my silk bridesmaid dress. I used a combination of all the suggestions....I used a presscloth that I had sprayed lightly with a 1:4 solution of vinegar and water and rubbed small circles with a warm iron up and down the crease on the wrong side of the fabric. This helped considerably, although it did leave some iron shine because I did it so much. Glad I did it on the wrong side of the fabric. Thanks to you folks, it looked waaaay better when I was done with it. Whew! Thanks again for your help!
