at $59.95. per book, I can't do it either. What I can do is offer copies at a contributor's price of $42.00 each plus drop shipping.

For 4 copies or more, shipping costs drop to $4.00 per book.

For autographed copies . $42. + $12= $54 (I have to pay shipping to me and then to you) Californians need to add 7.5% tax to the book cost.
