Oneway coring system

Has anyone out there experimentes with different profiles on the cutters on this system. I can't figure out why the point is on the cutter, and of the three coring systems out there, this one is the most difficult to sharpen, and the point just adds to this problem IMOP. Has anyone ground the point off? I can't seem to get the cutters on the Oneway to cut as well as I can the other systems (McNaughton, and Woodcut). robo hippy
