Does anyone out there know if any company is still making the turning gouges with the replaceable tips. They were being made by Sabre tools and Beech Street Tool Works was carrying them.

I think both Kelton and Woodcut have replaceable tip tools. I'm not sure anyone in the US carries them, however.
Oneway has handles and interchangeable gouges. Seen here at the wood turners catalog:
Yes kelton makes them you can get them from a supplyer in fla I think but better go to the source www.kelton tools.com ED

Woodcraft sells them (well carries them....doesn't sell toomany of them lately).
