Beautiful scarf and question

Hi!Today I found this beautiful scarf pattern in a Russian website (don't worry, the page is in English): really like it, but there are no directions about the yarn and the hook.I checked also the Russian version but not even there I could find anything.What would you suggest?Hugs,Anna Maria
