Reply to the list as I do not publish an email address to USENET. This practice has cut my spam by more than 95%. Of course, I did have to abandon a perfectly good email account...

I may be wrong, but I thought I read something yesterday while I was playing catch-up that Katherine is gone away somewhere for a while!? I'm sure she'll let you know if she gets your envelope as soon as she can though. :o)
