Haven't lived in Chicago for about 32 years, we ALWAYS did our yarn shopping up in WI, as my mom was the Wisconsinite, Dad was the Chicagoan... so can't help you there.... Herrschnerr's is in Plover, WI, (Steven's Point, is easier to find on maps) and we ALWAYS went there, too, as my Aunt lived near there. Then, when WE moved to WI (I was 16), there was no need to look for yarn when we went back to Chi-town for visits, LOL! The last time I was even IN Chi-town was 2001, for my Uncle's funeral, and lucky me, I didn't have to drive, my DH did, grin. Hugs, Noreen

now that I type this, I see the subject line asked for "Fall" fiberfests (I didn't see the original post), and this one is in the spring. Butfor future reference in case you're around that area that time of year sometime . . .
