Friday evening my time

Hello all,

It's quiet in here tonight (well it's tonight in my half of the world

- Friday evening to be exact). I would be knitting but I've run out of yarn for my current project and I have to spin some more, which in turns means I have to card some more and I'm just not feeling that enthusiastic right now. Of course I do have other projects on the needles, but even they don't tempt me right at the moment - I'm a fickle woman. :)

Friday nights are family night here. We all go out to eat and then do something together. Tonight we went shopping for a birthday present for a friend's party tomorrow. The boys also got some money from Grama for a movie, so we actually got 2 and they are watching one of them now.

I just finished picking up 138 stitches to form the right side of the collar on the Cable Cardigan I've been working on. I'll have some chamomile tea, and knit on the collar while watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

I hope everyone has or has had a great evening.

Sounds great you two.

Friday night is quiet night here. I am still working with our local knitting group to finish up knitting for the homeless. I am knitting mittens and caps for 10 to 12 year olds and watching "MONK".

Hugs & god bless, Dennis & Gail

Sounds like Friday night is movie/TV night! It's Saturday here now, a lovely day and we're planning a BBQ with friends tonight. I've spent the day running aorund town collecting stuff and trying to wire up a sensor in the kitchen that will sound an alarm when a cat gets on the bench. The young lad at the electronics store looked at me quite funny when I explained what it was I wanted to do.

Now, there is some purple alpaca waiting on the drum carder - must tend to it.

We were going to have a games night last night, but it didn't pan out. Tonight (Saturday) I am going to a concert.
