Sorry for being so slow getting to this post. I recently switched how I'm accessing rcty, and now I'm backed up lots on the posts. Am trying to read backwards to the present.
Anyhow, hope you're feeling better already than you were when you posted this ... and continue to take it easy! What you might accomplish by overdoing surely isn't worth the setback and pain!
