Some British priests went to the Wall to pay their respects.

They were told to remove their crosses so moved on.

I read that piece about the Austrian Bishop ,,, and understand the situation. I have seen many foreign Bishops take off their shoes in Mosques, and nobody grumbled about that . `Unity` Mary comes First by respecting another persons Feelings , Not by expecting the other to accept your`s ,,, Don`t the English have a saying that "IN ROME ONE SHOULD Behave as A ROMAN ?" And Yes When the Last Pope was here , I did see his cross Outside his clothes ONLY when he visited the Various Churches, Thee was no cross visibble in his visit at the western Wall nore in Yad WaShem. And Anyway , who exactly strives for Unity, in the world ? people want the Same chanches but they want to be respected for what they are, not something else ...
