update frlm Dennis & Gai;

Hello Friends,

Spent Wednesday thru Saturday in the hospital with chest pains. Gave me some nitro and other meds. The chest pains settled down and they die and angiogram. The three bypassed they did 4 1/2 years ago are completely open. There is a very small area with heart disease. It is very minor and with a stress free life style I will live a long time.

I guess I would have been ok if I did not go to the hospital but the chest pains scared me. Now I know I have to take it easier. Most of all my hart is doing fine after the triple bypass several years ago. Thank God for modern medicine.

The spinal cord problem has not changed for 2 years, that is very good. It is still very painful at times.

Like I said all in all is good

I hope all that I have missed such as special days have went well. We wish you the best.

Hugs & God bless, Dennis & Gail

Hi Dennis & Gail,

You were wise to go to the hospital to be checked. At least you have peace of mind now that everything is all right.

Prayers to both of you,

Nora

Hi there! You don't really know me (and I don't know you either, because of me being offline for a while), but that doesn't mean diddly... my thoughts and prayers are still with you along with everyone else's. ;o)

I'm glad that you went to the hospital with chest pains. Even without a history of heart problems, chest pains are nothing to take lightly. That is great news though, that everything is looking good and that you can live a nice long life if you stay stress-free.

I don't know what spinal cord problems you had/have, but it's good that nothing has changed in that regard. I personally have Degenerative Arthritis, Degenerative Disc Disease (lower spine, and upper spine - in my neck), as well as the fun of dealing with Fibromyalgia and all the surprises it brings along with it... so I know the pain of back/spine problems and I sympathize with you on that. Take care and remember that you have a lot of good thoughts going your way from a lot of nice people on this newsgroup. :o)

Dennis,

Glad to hear that most everything is going well! Even though you might have stayed at home, it is always better to be safe than sorry and get something like that checked out.

Wishing you more painfree, stress-free days in the future...

THanks for the update, Dennis. I am glad to hear that the chest pains were not serious. Knitting helps stress, did you know that?
