This sounds interesting i don`t remember having read about that . I bought the book 'Module Magic " and really enjoy it. i knitting the hat on page 100 , and it is my favorite hat as well as getting loads of compliments about it. mirjam

Thank you Sue i used a varigated , Lilac , a `left over from a sweater which made it a nice match ,,, [it also has shades of blue,, i think i should now try one with several separate colors , I haven`t gotten your envelope , but post here has been in muddle ,,, have you gotten mine ???? mirjam

Els, I should have answered to this earlier... but I have scarcely lurked a bit the last days, because of my "faithful" pertetual migrene ! LOL! Just the thought that I EVER would manage to type answers, made me see "stars".. (But after it's gone, it's forgotten!)

Well.... to the point.. YES I frogged a lot! I found out I had to discover the "pattern", "system" BEFORE I started, and then I had to be 100% alert! But when it work out, it is just like the feeling of having solved a difficult cross word. That's what *I* feel! LOL! The book hasn't come yet, but I have bought it through one of the most reliable bookshops in Norway, so I am sure it comes as fast as they are able to get it! In the meantime I practise a bit on some ot the patterns in the tutorial.
