AD: Dawn Scannell set of Petroglyph beads

Here's a gorgeous set that Dawn donated to me for Tucker's surgery fund. It's one of the last sets I have that she donated to me.

So Go look! The bid is low and they're absolutely brilliant beads!

Hi, Linda, You have some beautiful beads and jewelry up for auction this time. How is Tucker doing?

Hi, Patti. :)))) So nice to hear from you... and Thanks!

Tucker is doing absolutely fine and driving me nutso trying to get out into the back yard now that spring has sprung and we had a 78 degree day. So my son had the bright idea of taking the dog crate he healed in, taking out the bottom, and putting it over a nice patch of grass. :)

He *loved* it!! heh... he stayed silent and content for over an hour! Finally, a Robin that wouldn't shut up over seeing him drove me to bring him back inside. Robins are LOUD when they see cats!

Right now, I'm saving my dying battery for taking bead & jewelry pics but as soon as the rain stops and I can buy another battery, I'll be getting a pic of him in the cage outside and posting it on his PictureTrail account.

He goes back to get more x-rays in 2 months... there's one area they want to keep their eye on. But it's SO difficult to keep him inactive and I just can't stand putting him back in the dog crate... and neither can he. Fortunately, he puts himself to bed at around 10:30 pm every nite... first cat I ever had that does that! lol He finds his pallet at the top of the stairs and sleeps there until 7:30 or so in the am. Just like a little kid... that's my boy! :)))))))

I'm glad to hear Tucker is doing so well. I'll look forward to seeing the pictures when you post them. I went out in the back yard with Taupaws yesterday since it was warm. I was reading on the deck and he was strolling around the yard. As you can imagine, all of a sudden he disappeared - we have woods behind our house and I did not want him to go hunting. I found him sitting in the sun beside the cellar door, just his ears were visible. He was sitting on some dried, dead leaves, basking in the sunshine. What a funny boy! I swear he was hiding on purpose.

Hi, Patti. Well, it's been rainy and cold here, so no pics are forthcoming yet. Soon, I hope! We had SNOW all this morning and afternoon! Granted, it was tiny flakes now and then, but still.... freaking SNOW. :(

I almost ran out to cut all my daffodils and some Forsynthia, but I think they can weather this small snowstorm.

But I did put Tucker out in the cage yesterday afternoon. I set the stove timer for 1/2 hour, and figured he'd be cold by then. Imagine my surprise when I opened the patio door and he came RUNNING in!!!!!! Somehow, someway he fit through a section of the dog cage that is ONLY 3x6 at the bottom corners of the cage!!!!! There were tufts of hair on the cage so I KNOW he squeezed through somehow. Totally unbelievable!!!! But I am SO thankful that he ran in so fast... he musta been scared and I am totally glad of that! Whew... a disaster averted. :)
