AD- Preview of Tillerman Bead's first auction in two months!

Ok, the auction itself doesn't go live till tonight at 5PM PDT so you can't see anything till then but here's a link to a photo of the bead set.

The name of the set is 'Don't Know' because when faced with bead set naming, Mike gets a bit lost!

Here's the link to the auction:

I'm so excited about this set that I couldn't wait to show everyone.

As well you should be, those are luscious! They're so glossy, they look like candy! And I really like those swirly bicones, especially the one on the left... new trend for Mike?

Welcome back to the auctions!

Wow!!! What a great color. I do believe I see the influence of Mike's class with Michael Barley. I hope it goes well for you. Patti

I dunno, Fran. Mike's trying to absorb everything now and find out how it relates to what he likes doing but I'm really proud of him for trying new things. We're waiting for some silver leaf so he can try out the things he really wants to do.

It should be interesting watching what happens.

Thanks, Patti. I think it was the ideal course for Mike to meet one of the masters of dots. It also helped him meet other beadmakers and have a chance to simply talk glass for a week.

Wow those are great!! I understand Mike's problem with naming...I often draw a blank!!

Thanks, Cindy.

I think in future we might just name them something simple but Mike only has a few set expressions. Look for 'I'm not bothered' and 'No Idea' next! Oh, and 'Fish and chips is fine!'

Thanks, Kalera.

I'll be asleep when the auction starts, which makes it more interesting to wake up and see what's happening. I'll also be asleep when it ends otherwise I wear out the 'refresh' button!

Thanks, Kandice.

He's been in the SH*D for most of the day experimenting with colour combinations. And silver leaf. I can't wait to see what he comes up with next.
