Because I'm not!! Is there such a thing as "Fall Fever"? It's so nice out, in the 60's and sunny, all I want to do is go out on the deck and read. I have SO much to do for my next show, which is 3 weeks away, and I don't feel like doing anything.
I hope all of you are more productive than I am, or if not, are enjoying an early start to the weekend. I probably will be inspired by the beads and Bali I buy tomorrow, hope so, anyway!!! lol.

God, I wish. It's rainy and icky out, but I am a slave to my website today. Mmmmmm reading sounds sooo nice!!
I'd love to, but since I just moved this week I can't find my beads! ...or my clothes, coffee, cat food and canned goods.....
We went to a Fine Art festival today. I did a lot of MENTAL designing while I was there.
And, before I left, I actually made a full set of beads (necklace, earrings, and bracelet) for a fundraiser auction at my DD's school in two weeks. Woo!

One of those kinds of days. Murphy's laws about beading. I wanted to try something from an old B&B. A couple of months back, I got them all together, sorted them by year, and put them on the bookshelf.
Wouldn't you know that's the one B&B out of the whole time I've been a subscriber, that's missing!! It's here somewhere, or I guess it's possible it might have accidentally been thrown away (Horrors!).

Nope...been sick all week and before that my little one was sick. :( I did manage to work on some PMC pieces on Friday, but didn't get them finished in time to take to my show today....hopefully I'll manage to finish them up in the morning.
I managed to be somewhat productive this week. I've been trying to make some simple earrings and other jewelry for the upcoming holidays. I'm planning on bringing my jewelry in to work this week, so I figure that some earrings would be good sellers.
I've also been trying to figure up what kind of jewelry I'll be making for my sister's wedding. It's still about a year away, but she ordered her dress this weekend and I think we've found my Maid of Honor dress. I'm not making her jewelry, but I will be making mine and the bridesmaid's jewelry (just one bridesmaid, so not much work there).

Been fighting my sinuses, and after I get home from work I literally do nothing but talk on the phone (like I don't get enough of that during the day). Frustrating. I don't feel like doing anything.
So, I have been having feelings that I need to be making jewelry, but not making jewelry. Not making a darned thing.
However, I have a friend who can't wear any metal and I, of course, designed a necklace in my mind of all glass with a button toggle closure (also all glass). I think once I sit down to make that one for her, I will get fired up. One can only hope.
