The Pennsylvania peregrine falcon pair have hatched out their babies and are now in the process of care and feeding. I was lucky enough yesterday to catch a feeding session on the live webcam. I don't remember who first brought this wonderful website to our attention, but I want to thank you again!

I have a friend who used to breed exotics birds, mainly budgies and cockatiels. Sorry, the chicks always used to look like wrinkly, pink lizards. And, they had little trouble giving your finger a good pinch if you stupidly put your finger anywhere near their beaks.
We called 'em "Pirahnakeets."

ROTFL - they are kinda ugly right now apparently they are losing the pretty white fluff - and real feathers are coming in... they are a bit ugly.... and big eaters - I watched for about 25 minutes - and they kept asking mom for MORE!!!
