Ugh. Moving is hell! I went through something similar when I left MN. Last minute cancellation of the labor (though not the transport) made for frenzied recruitment, and a lot more to be done just by -me- than I really had the oomph to manage.

I think you'll be glad and grateful to spread out the move-out process, even though it is costing you extra. It would be silly to wreck yourself so badly you can't enjoy your new place ... because you had too tight a deadline for the exit-work at your old place.

Virtual hot-tub headed your way.

well, I don't know if I will have a better one...I am going to go get a visioneer from big lots, when I get the money.

They have one for $30, and an 8200 for $60.

I have a Visioneer 8700, and am happy with it. Especially the bundled software... But I still use PaintShop Pro as my 'tweaker'.
