Step By Step Beads Sept-Oct 2004

...has the most ADORABLE cat bracelet pattern in it. I am working on one now.

Also for you polyclay addicts out there, there are directions to make a gorgeous textured pendant.

P.S. I haven't been around much because I have two upcoming shows in September and because I'm hobbling around on an extremely painful bone spur and plantas fascitis.

Good luck with the show! Will Valerie be joining you this year?

See a doctor about those, Linda. Foot pain is a bite!

The Ikat bracelet by Kim Franklin? I've wanted that for ages! I was going to take the class at Beadfest last year but it just wasn't in the budget. Now I can make it myself! Yippee!!!

Let's see, I need 2 grey tabbies, a black and white bi-color, a red tabby, a blond tabby, and a pretty patterned tiger. Plus a calico and a black for my best friend.

Yes, but the directions don't tell how long to make the body before adding the legs for any wrist size.

I asked her, she's thinking about it.

Got an appointment with the podiatrist who handled my ingrown toenail surgery (total removal of both big toenails) on Sept. 2.

I need a short bracelet so I thought I'd make the legs first and then make the body fit.

Oh very good!

I had both of my big toenails removed too (no anesthesia-didn't hurt a bit), best thing I ever did for myself.
