I'm voting for the GOW Hunting Ancient -- easier to see the colors -- LOL! Of course the GOW Modern would be easier to stitch being just black and red. Cheryl, didn't you read the directions someone posted for Trish? I can't remember who posted the directions but she did say to stitch the tartan with half cross stitches. IIRC, she said that since the plaids are even it's easy to find the "center" color. Stitch that in the center of your fabric and then stitch the other colums of color out from there on one side and then repeat in the other direction on the other side, only reversing the order of color. I'm not sure I'm remembering it right but it made sense when I read it a few days ago. CiaoMeow >^;;^<
