We have got pouring rain tonight - it's just smashing against the window - gotta watch the basement for sure. This has been quite the winter. I'd still rather have the SNOW than the RAIN - the rain is creating havoc on the highways - big puddles knocking people and their cars into ditches.

All this talk of tartans reminded me that I've been at a couple of Cornish Association of Victoria (largely a genealogy research group) events where a Cornish tartan was in evidence.

I just went to search for it and found that there are several and people seem to be adding some for surnames too.
